Thomas is an Osteopathic Manual Therapist D.O.M.P Candidate, movement specialist, and exercise rehabilitation.

Since graduating from the Kinesiology program at the University of Calgary in 2009, Thomas has been exploring different avenues and experiences that demonstrate the amazing human structure and the connection between the mind, that ‘structure’ and the human spirit. As a High Performance Strength Coach with Alpine Canada, Thomas gained a lot of experience working with injury and the rehabilitation process.

Thomas’ experiences and desire to learn more about how to help people find their health, led him to pursue enrollment at the Canadian College of Osteopathy, Vancouver campus. Thomas was drawn to this program interested in improving people’s over-all health, well-being, vitality and function. He is currently in his 4th year of the 5-year program.

Thomas likes to be active and is quite diverse in his interests. Currently, he is involved in strength training, road biking, hiking, basketball, alpine skiing and running. In his downtime, Thomas enjoys reading and continual education.
